As we entered
Tombstone, Arizona, we spotted Boothill Cemetery, and like all good
tourists, we visited the grave sites of the Clanton Brothers who fought
Doc Holliday and the Earp Brothers at the O.K. Corral.

After leaving
the graveyard, the group went into the town of Tombstone for a visit
to the OK Coral, Functioning saloons, and many shops. Again, the history
of Tombstone and people in Western history added to the trip . . .
to say nothing of the heat and humidity.

We continued
through Casa Grande, New Mexico, admiring different varieties of cactus
while en route to the Grand Canyon.

Even fields
like this brought memories of the cotton fields of Mississippi to
mind.
